This is a 75 minute Well Woman Yoga class via Zoom. 9am-10.15am
(Please set up & arrive 5 minutes before class starts)
Props: Yoga mat, 2 x yoga blocks/thick books, yoga strap/cotton scarf/long belt, chair
PLEASE ARRIVE AT LEAST 5 MINUTES BEFORE
Set your yoga mat to be horizontal to the screen and position it at least1.5-2 metres away, so I can see you standing, sitting and lying down(and use a computer rather than phone).
